They call themselves "the best pizza in the universe", and you may just find that their low-key, laid back feeling and location make them the perfect little late night pizza stop while you are visiting (or living!) in the city of Chicago. This pizza comes in several varieties - Ultimate, Thin Crispy Crust, Cheese Stuffed, Garlic Bread Pizza, Half & Half, Harvest Wheat Crust, Harvest Wheat Thin Crispy Crust, Microwave Rising Crust and Microwave Thin Crust. The different varieties come in assorted flavors too: four cheese, four meat, supreme, pepperoni, sausage stew, spinach & mushroom, chicken supreme, and pepperoni, mushroom & bacon. We have tried most of them, and most are quite good. The only ones we don't really like are the spinach and chicken varieties. The spinach produces moisture while cooking - and we'd reallu prefer meat to chicken. A healthy diet is all about choices; an actual diet plan isn't necessary. The first choice each day is to eat breakfast, the most important meal of the day. Eating breakfast gets the body's motor started, ready to work throughout the day. Instead of a cup of coffee, drink some fruit juice. Instead of a bacon egg sausage stew bbc cheese sandwich from McDonald's, eat a toasted bagel. One simple and inexpensive way to take care of lunches for a week is to make a large casserole (or low carb pizza) on the weekend and have a serving each day. One favorite is a slow cooker sausage stew recipe consisting of sausage, hamburger, onions, mushrooms, eggs and cheese. Another example is White Castle Hamburger Pie. Not knowing what your budget is, you can do a LOT with $25. At times when you are broke turning to convenienced/prepacked things might not make sense but there are many things you can do with a few boxes of slow cooker sausage casserole prepacked things and a little bit of meat. Give them a quick snack to keep in their jackets or bag like crackers. They can keep them in their lockers to eat between classes in case they get hungry. You can also encourage them to keep a bottle of water in their lockers as well. They will need something to wash down their crackers and they can keep hydrated too. Kids do not get enough water in their systems. Drinking plenty of water promotes healthy skin and makes them feel better. The crusty grilled flavor of the dough is just like having your own coal fired pizza oven at home. The flavor of the BBQ Sauce is outstanding, it goes great with the sausage. The melted cheese is a huge bonus. It makes the whole pie come together, what a treat, this is a must try.
